The Process
The Next Stage
You have made your initial enquiry, and have perused the internet site, so, “what next?”
1. A Time to meet
We will come to you and listen to your ideas, family needs, circumstance and offer our thoughts and suggestions that will help create a home that suits your requirements. Remember this consultation is free of charge.
2. Design my home
Designs are undertaken upon your request; we will use your budget and ideas as a tool to design a new home or extension that suits your requirements and circumstance. There will be a small investment charged for the custom design of your new home or extension
3. Presentation
You will be contacted when your design is complete (generally within 1-2 weeks) and we will arrange a time to present the proposal in the comfort of your home.
4. Amendments
We will tailor all aspects of the proposal to meet your approval.
5. Lodgment of approval
Once we have your approval, we prepare all architectural drawings and details, submit them to the relevant authorities and obtain the necessary approvals on your behalf in a timely manner. (On average this process takes between 8 to 14 weeks depending on your municipality).
6. Let’s build
After we have obtained the relevant approvals and completed required documentation we are ready to build; we will work with you to ensure that you are satisfied every step of the way. We have developed, through many years of experience, a construction process that ensures that the client is part of the project and can truly enjoy the experience.
